These terms govern your use of Take5. By using the site you agree to them. Take5 is a comparison and referral site — not a travel organiser or travel agent.
Our role
We display and compare package holidays from affiliated tour operators and refer you to their website. Any travel contract is concluded solely between you and the operator. We are not a party to that contract and do not ourselves offer travel or packages within the meaning of the Package Travel Directive.
Prices and availability
Prices, availability and trip details are indicative and supplied by the operator. They can change at any time. The price and terms that apply at the operator at the moment of booking are binding — not what you saw on our site.
No warranty
We work to keep information accurate and current but give no warranty as to completeness or accuracy. No rights can be derived from obvious errors or delayed data.
Liability
We are not liable for the performance of your trip or for the acts of the operator. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for use of the site is limited to direct damages and to a reasonable maximum.
Intellectual property
The design, text and compilation of Take5 are protected. Reuse is permitted only with attribution and permission.
Governing law
