This residence is ideally situated in the heart of La Foux d’Allos, at the foot of the Val d’Allos – Espace Lumière ski area. In winter, it offers direct access to the slopes and is just steps away from the ski lifts, making it a perfect base for skiers of all levels.

The resort provides access to two ski areas:

Val d’Allos – La Foux / Pra Loup: 180 km of slopes with 39 runs (3 green, 20 blue, 13 red, 3 black)
Val d’Allos – Le Seignus: 50 km of slopes with 23 runs (1 green, 9 blue, 8 red, 5 black)
Altitude: Between 1800 m and 2600 m
Ski lifts: 17 total, including drag lifts, chair lifts, and carpet lifts
Snowpark available for freestyle enthusiasts

In summer, the resort transforms into a lively Alpine destination offering a wide range of outdoor activities, including hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, white-water sports, tree climbing, and family-friendly entertainment—perfect for enjoying the stunning mountain scenery.

Most units feature a private balcony. Guests also enjoy access to a heated indoor swimming pool with a children’s pool, and a wellness area with a hammam (closed on Saturdays).
