The holiday house is located on the edge of the forest in the peaceful hills of Montaione. Food shops, grocery and main stores are in Montaione, a 10-minute drive away. Pisa and Florence Airports are the nearest international airport, both approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

Please note: Access to the property is via 1.4 km of country road, the last of which is a 500 m dirt road unsuitable for sports cars.
