The seaside town of Marina di Mancaversa boasts a rocky coastline dotted with small, sandy coves that are perfect for entering the water or setting up an umbrella. Just 1–2 kilometers away lies the Punta Pizzo Nature Reserve and its Lido beach club, which marks the beginning of Gallipoli’s renowned Baia Verde beaches. Visitors can rent sunbeds and umbrellas here, and purchase drinks and snacks from the kiosk. For an even wider sandy coastline, a 10–15 minute drive south leads to Torre San Giovanni in Ugento, where beachgoers can enjoy around 12 km of uninterrupted sandy beach.
